We just attended the American Academy of Anti-Aging Conference (A4M) in Las Vegas with our good friend Dr. Lisa Tully,who introduced us to some of her colleagues who totally understood the power of Colostrum and were intrigued by Mr. Hiestand's vibrationally tuned formulation (www.electricbody.com). Dr. Lisa is responsible for the research showing the increase in the body's bio-energy field after one application of our Skin Elixir.

We met Dr. Stephen Sinatra (www.drsinatra.com) and Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby (www.alternative-doctor.com) who both eagerly took some Skin Elixir samples and listened to the story behind the creation of our Colostrum cream. Hopefully they will both help us get more awareness out into the Anti-Aging communities about the power of Colostrum and importance of healthy skin care. Apparently in Dr. Keith's Anti-Aging book he specifically addresses the dangers of skin care and relativity to cancer.

Skin Elixir helps Superbug??

We just received a great email from an Electric Body fan living in London...

"The biggest thing I wanted to tell you was yet another testimonial for the skin elixir... when I arrived in the UK I started to see a guy (Eddy) who had only three days before I met him fallen on a glass which left a massive gash in his back and pierced his lung. He spent a few days in hospital getting stitched up and monitored etc. Anyway, the nurse in me (possibly coming through from mum!) relished this chance to look after someone and I promptly gifted my skin elixir to him to help this huge wound heal. Attached is a photo of what this looked like just 5weeks after it was first done. Huge improvement and I think it is a long way ahead of itself in healing given the extent of the damage done and the short amount of time to get to this point - thanks to the elixir! We met up with Joel Franco at the AFM (American Film Market), yesterday in Santa Monica. He is there talking with potential distributors for the documentary he is making, "Journey to Truth" based on Denie's book and his life. Exciting times ahead...

Just had a phone call from a very satisfied Electric Body client saying he and his wife were big fans of all three products and were going to be visiting Vegas next week and wondered where they could buy the products on the strip (at this stage it is only being stocked at the Green Valley Ranch and Spa). He couldn't believe none of the spas on the strip had Electric Body as in his opinion our products are "far better than Eminence" and he couldn't understand why Electric Body wasn't available everywhere!

I told him to please go into the spa at the casino/hotel he was going to stay at and request Electric Body, tell them how fabulous it is and to ask them to get it in for him.

We are now in gorgeous, sunny New Zealand teaching one of our 5 day Energy Awareness Intensives. Filming part of the seminar for the documentary about Denie and his teachings and life, based on his book Journey to Truth, and the potential of the human spirit. Feels good to be back! Such clear, clean air and intense colors and nature. Flew over with Joel from Chesapeake Films, Dave a camera operator for LA and Nigel (originally from the UK, now living in Miami) who is attending the seminar.

Got to catch up with Denie's 96 year old Mother for lunch. She's amazing. 96 years old but still very much full of life. She even got onto Denie's V-Rod for a photo session!

Also caught up with his sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Ivan, visiting from Australia.

It was such a pleasure meeting you. I can't wait to come visit. I am so excited about the product. It still takes some getting used to not having to use a ton of other products, but I am enjoying the simplicity of the three products.

I love the way my skin feels. The skin elixir is so amazing. Sometimes throughout the day I will touch my face and my skin just feels amazing. Even with oily skin, I don't even have to blot, maybe a touch up near the end of the day. Using sunscreen, and moisturizers just added to the oil production my skin makes naturally. But I check throughout the day and my skin seems to have normalized immediately. Also the body spray, OMG!!!! I use that when I get out of the shower and my skin stays moisturized into the next day. Busy week... CEO Space in Vegas and Infusioncon in Phoenix

Phew! Busy week! We attended the Natural Products Expo in Los Angeles and finally found a company that can package 5ml samples so they will be available soon for our distributors.

Then we returned to Vegas and spent a week out at Lake Las Vegas at CEO Space - a conference for Entrepreneurs with fabulous inspirational speakers and lots of networking opportunities to work one-on-one with amazing mentors, such as Bob Proctor, Kevin Harrington, Ed Bogle, David Gruder and many more. We had a great time and created such a buzz with Electric Body! Got amazing feedback from everyone and Lauren our sales guru did a billion mini facials! Made lots of sales and some awesome contacts.

Then it was on to Phoenix for the Infusionsoft Conference at the Biltmore Hotel with more inspirational speakers and the opportunity to work one-on-one with Infusionsoft implementation experts. Infusionsoft is the software we use to process orders, keep track of everyone, send off emails etc. We still need to learn how to maximize this program and sort out a few kinks..

Got to celebrate Nicole's 17th birthday with her tonight. She is the daughter of Maria Speth our trademark attorney, and Ray, our very good friends...

Plus we are working on a new website redesign which we will then use on our business cards, to wrap Denie's truck with advertising and customize our facebook page etc.

Next week we head to New Zealand to teach one of our magical 5 day Vibrational Wellness Trainings that will be filmed as part of the Journey To Truth documentary on Denie's life and teachings and the potential of the human spirit. Plus we hope to create a DVD series to help more people take advantage of these amazing insights.

Busy but very fulfilling times. Lots of potential for Electric Body and we are very excited about our future!!!

Denie and I just got back from the CEO Space Conference held out at gorgeous Lake Las Vegas. We attended our first CEO Space back in March and it was fabulous to catch up with some of the people we met back in March who had purchased Electric Body and hear all there positive comments. My favorite was from Andy (who developed Tow Truck in a Box)... His skin was looking and feeling so soft and smooth but what he liked most about our Skin Elixir was how it "awakened" him and "energized" him. If he needed a boost throughout the day he said he applied a couple of pumps of it to his face and he could instantly feel the charge!

We had a great in-room presentation/party one evening and had a fabulous time interacting with our guests and talking Electric Body concepts.

We were also excited to meet Kara who is a very well-known make-up artist in Hollywood with an A-List clientele. Her and Denie really clicked and are excited to work together on some new projects (more later!).

Next week we are off to Europe for a friend's wedding, to catch up with family and friends in Switzerland and for Denie to do some healing work over there. We are happy to hear our god daughter Maree is safe and sound, as are her brothers. And our good friend Ineke is safe but her household destroyed. Phew! 2011 is just flying along! After our fabulous 3,000 miles motorbike trip around New Zealand visiting family and friends, it was back home to Las Vegas and a whirlwind of travel, meetings, ideas and excitement.

Stock
First we had completely run out of the Skin Elixir, Body Spray and Body Polish so eagerly awaited the latest hand-batched product to arrive so we could fulfill back orders and send more to New Zealand, the UK, and to Australia. We also had to wait on the new boxes to arrive. Apologies to anyone who had to patiently wait on their products. Please remember all of our products are hand-made. We know how emotionally attached you get to them so please make sure you have plenty in stock! My Mum ran out recently and had to resort to another brand which gave her an instant rash. She was so excited when her new product arrived.

Our first Las Vegas Spa
Last week we scored our first BIG resort and Spa in Las Vegas! Their head esthetician and Spa Manager already knew about the power of Colostrum and were blown away by our Colostrum skin cream. Their biggest selling product contains Colostrum but only a miniscule amount in comparison to our Skin Elixir. Almost every product we have seen on the US market lists water as their first and main ingredient. Ours has no added water and our first ingredient which consists of over 75% of our product is Colostrum, with zero preservatives. We are awaiting our first order this week and will start training their staff next Wednesday. Official press release to follow. They plan on being our biggest customer!

Health 2000 New Zealand
We recently sent off samples to the Health 2000 advisory team in New Zealand. When we were traveling around New Zealand we visited quite a few of the independently owned and run stores and were impressed with the quality of education they shared with their customers and thought what more perfect retail outlet to launch Electric Body, through shops and people who put health first and offer the best nutritional products available to their clients. In essence, Electric Body is nutrition for the skin, nature and nurture in a bottle. It is 100% natural, with zero preservatives, parabens or chemicals. It is a little more expensive because it contains no added water or fillers. The main ingredient (over 75%) is pure New Zealand Colostrum - nature's most powerful food, but also the most expensive! So we will let you know if they choose to take EB on board. Maybe we can start the buzz by you going in and asking at your local Health 2000 if they stock Electric Body or if they can get it in for you!

Other distribution channels
We also sent samples to John Paul de Joria who has a fabulous John Paul Mitchell distribution network in the States and worldwide for hair care products, plus owns Patron Tequila and a dog food line. His daughter Alexis de Joria is a fan of Electric Body already. It would certainly solve our marketing dilemmas to have an already existing network distribute our product.

Investment
We have been attending a LOT of networking events, and some entrepreneur conferences, and working on our business plan, with the help from our 'gift from God' financial controller Shala. Our intention is to attract conscious, skilled investors to Electric Body who can help take our company to the next level. We have perfected our products and are ready for an injection of marketing capital so we can increase awareness worldwide. So if you, or anyone you know, is interested in investing please contact me and I can send you our business plan and financials. We foresee an injection of one million dollars (as a lump sum, or 4 individual investors taking a share of the company) as being sufficient to really get things going here.

Positive feedback
We continue to receive rave reviews and feedback from our Electric Body fans who cannot believe how magical our Skin Elixir is in helping the skin cells recover from a variety of issues, including acne rosacea, burns, irritations, cracked lips and cold sores.

New Products
We have also been in discussion with a dermatologist in Los Angeles who wants to collaborate with Denie to create a skin cream with a higher SPF factor that can be used after procedures to help the skin recover and to protect it at the same time.

Website Revitalization
We are in the process of revamping our website and making it more beautiful (thanks Frank), and social media compatible. So keep your eyes out for that. Another thing we intend to focus on is more online videos, on our website and on You Tube. One of the companies we met at the Entrepreneur Business Network meetings created a short video for us that we had on our homepage. Denie didn't like it so I have taken it down from the front page but will put it on our Video page. I would love your honest feedback on it. Please watch it and let me know what you think of it.

Social Media
Our good friend Vickie in California who has a background in social media networking has just launched a US Electric Body Facebook page too. Please become our friends on Facebook and encourage your network of friends to join us, too.

EB around the world
Denie's niece in Australia, Nicola, is excited to help us get Electric Body going over there and has set up an 800 number in Australia and will be helping to facilitate orders. The new number is: 1.800.88.SKIN (7546), plus we are discussing distribution with another company is Australia too.

Sales continue to flow in the UK through the House of Fraser and our distributor there is keeping all the salespeople motivated.

Beauty Expo New Zealand
We are aiming towards the Beauty NZ Expo in New Zealand July 2/3. We will be hosting a special appreciation function in Auckland on Thursday June 30th for all our wonderful clients and Media people to attend. Let us know if you would like to be on the invite list.

Documentary
The Journey to Truth documentary about Denie's life and teachings is at the editors and the feedback has been really positive. We are working on a trailer but apparently need to make one more visit back to NZ with the film crew to get some of the missing, join-the-pieces footage. This is all being done on a very shoe-string budget and we would appreciate any financial contributions from $10 - $10,000 or more, towards this project which will go towards covering the travel expenses and post-production work. Vibrational Wellness Seminars
We are going to take advantage of the film crew being in New Zealand and will film our VB001 Energy Awareness Vibrational Wellness Seminar, April 4-8, being held at Piha, a gorgeous location just north west of Auckland. We have the venue secured and the lodge will be full with eager to learn, conscious individuals willing to share their heart and soul for their own personal gain and the greater good of the world. A very exciting venture! Footage will be used in the documentary plus we hope to make a DVD series that can be shared to help get these teachings out to a more diverse, far-reaching sector of society. Making a difference in this world!

Then we will be returning to New Zealand to teach VB002, the follow-on training at the beginning of July (pre-requisite is VB001). The second part of the training could never be filmed as it goes very deep and works a the cellular level. Profound and intense we re-pattern the cells, infuse energy into every aspect of our being, and prepare for the Soul Merge process at the end of the week. Healing work
Denie continues to do his healing and work his magic every where he goes. He was in LA last weekend, in Canada this weekend, and then San Francisco next weekend. A rolling stone gathers no moss and this man continues to roll, his energy vibrant and high, his outlook young and alive.

Happy New Year to you all!

Hope it has started off well. Ours did. Quiet, family time at Opunake Beach in Taranaki, North Island of New Zealand with Denie’s grandkids (Zach and Bella) and his son and wife (Mark and Sarah). Good to rest the bottom for a few days!

Finally some sun! We had forgotten how intense New Zealand sun is! Luckily we had our magic cream with us to help soothe that sun kissed skin! Good to relax and have fun being grandparents (a first for me)!

Then it was back on the bike up to the top of the North Island to visit Denie’s other son Craig and partner Sarah-Kay. We stayed in Opua in the Bay of Islands and had a couple of gorgeous days riding around the Bays. Such a spectacular part of New Zealand.

Then back to Auckland to visit with Denie’s mother and sister and then on the plane back to the US. Phew! What an amazingly full, fun, exciting motorbike adventure around New Zealand. Now it’s back to work!!

2011 is already shaping up to be the year of opportunities with lots of exciting possibilities on the horizon. Stay tuned!

Aly Cook (New Zealand Country Music Singer) loves Electric Body!

Taranaki - Denie's birthplace

Denie's roots - Taranaki. Dairy cows, green grass, and spectacular Mt. Egmont/Mt. Taranaki - one of the most perfectly shaped volanic cones in the world. This is where Denie was born and where he started off his life on the farm. Footage from this area will be in the documentary being filmed based on Denie's book - Journey to Truth. From Swiss heritage it was great to have some Swiss cheese tart and Swiss sausages prepared by Viv and to spend the evening with Denie's brother Brian reminiscing over old times.

We were blessed with gorgeous weather on the boat crossing from Picton in the South Island to Wellington in the North Island. Spent a great evening in Picton with Jacob (who is originally from India), and also caught up with Jacqui in Nelson who is our NZ contact person for the minerals Denie recommends to all his clients. Nelson - Sun at last!!!

Amazing ride from Dunedin, up through the Haast, through the sub-tropical rain forest of the Westcoast to sunny Nelson. More torrential rain on the Westcoast (officially renamed the Wetcoast), a fabulous evening with Marietta
and her family and a good catch up with our old mate Dale in Fox Glacier, and then back on the road, rubbish bags and all (garbage bags on the hands and feet), to Westport where there was no room in the Inn (no room anywhere!) so we had to keep riding through to Murchison. Luckily we did coz all the roads north were closed the next day due to flooding! I was so thankful to find a room with a spa bath! Boy did my bottom need it!

Then it was onto Tapawera (near Nelson) to catch up with our very good friend Marguerite and our God-daughter Maree. Denie was talked in to putting his healing hands on a gorgeous little girl who was having seizures then it was yummy home killed farm raised beef for dinner. Finally this morning we have clear blue skies and sunshine! Not quite warm enough for swimming and the rivers are still a bit high but it feels soooo good to have some natural Vitamin D!!! Long may it last! Back on the road today to visit more friends and then over to the North Island tomorrow morning and up to Taranaki (Denie's birthplace) to catch up with some more rellies and spend some time with Denie's grandkids at Opunake Beach for New Years. Fun, Fun, Fun - hopefully in the sun from now on!!!

Christmas Downunder - New Zealand

Christmas Downunder. No snow. Meant to be summertime but not much sun! Understandable though as we are not too far from Antartica here! But like Christmas everywhere, way too much food!!!! Tried as hard as we could to avoid mixing our proteins and carbohydrates so stuck with the yummy ham and turkey and avoided the potatoes! But still ate way too much!

Had an awesome time in Dunedin with my brother Trev, sister-in-law Ika, my Mum and nieces (Larissa and Stella). Felt good to be home and have some quality family time on the other side of the earth! Plus I got to reconnect with my beach, St. Clair beach, and take my nieces shopping.

Hope everyone has a fabulous Christmas where-ever you are! We are back on the bike tomorrow heading north to Nelson, then across to the North Island to Taranaki for New Years.

Yahoo! Some sun! Accompanied by gale force winds!

We got up at sunrise and road to Wellington hoping to avoid the forecasted 130 km/hr winds. Was raining for half the trip but we actually got to take off our wet weather gear on the second half. Arrived in Wellington just before the storm hit - thank goodness! There's a reason they call it "windy Wellington"! The streets are like wind tunnels! No hat can survive nor any umbrellas! Amazing city though. Had a very inspirational meeting with our EB girl here in NZ - Anna who processes our NZ orders. Some great brainstorming.

Another early rise and it was off to the Ferry to cross over from the North Island to the South Island. We left the storms behind and arrived to gusty gale force winds instead - don't know which is worse!!

After being buffeted around by 100-130 km/hr winds for more than 5 hours we arrived in Christchurch. Denie was asked to stop off at the Intensive Care Unit to work on a young 20 year old man who had severed his spinal cord when he rolled his truck 2 weeks previously. Created a lot of interest with the nurses and the young guy was very appreciative... hopefully the reconnection of the circuits will help his body heal better. Doctors are fabulous mechanics and plumbers but lousey electricians (as Denie would say!). Unless the electrical reconstruction is undertaken the healing can't take place... here's hoping!

A fabulous evening with Ineke and then tomorrow it is back on the road to Dunedin for Christmas with my Mum and family...

Hi everyone!
This is the first of our blog entries of our trip around New Zealand on our motorbike (Harley Davidson V-Rod) visiting family and friends and spreading the word about the importance of healthy skin care.

We are now in Taupo, the middle of the north island, drying out after a tropical cyclone. After a long dry period New Zealand soil is loving the rain but on the bike is not so ideal! Plus our bottoms are feeling it!

After a lovely first night in Auckland catching up with Denie's 95 year old Mum and an awesome traditional roast lamb dinner with Denie's brother Eddie and wife Linda we stayed overnight with Denie's sister Theresa.

Had a business day in Auckland discussing our response to a trade mark challenge from Bugatti with our Trade Mark advisor Murray Stott and meeting with our PR connection to the Beauty industry in NZ before catching up with other fabulous friends (Roxi, Vicki, Madi and Rob).

Saturday we visited with Margy and Gerald then hit the road on our motorbike, protected against the elements in our wet weather gear and ventured off on our big trip around NZ. First stop was to visit Ellie and Rob in Mount Maunganui. Denie worked his healing magic and did some great work on Sunday then we braved the tropical cyclone and made it to Kim and David Marshall's place in Ohope where we dried out overnight.

Originally we were going to ride around the East Cape but with more bad weather on the forecast we decided to head south via Rotorua to Taupo where we could soften our road weary bottoms in the hot springs.

Stay tuned for further adventures on the road with Shelley and Denie in what is meant to be a summer road trip! Heavy rain and gale force wind warnings for the next 2 days! Go figure!!!

What a fun weekend! One of Denie's passions is car racing in all its forms. This weekend we attended the NHRA Drag Racing, California finals and got to catch up with another Electric Body healthy skin care fan - Alexis de Joria.

Alexis inspired Denie's bumper sticker and even features it on her Top Alcohol Funny Car.

We watched her have a fabulous run but unfortunately she was just a few milli seconds off beating the world champion. We wish her all the best for next year! She is one sassy, amazing woman - definitely a great poster child for Electric Body - the skincare with attitude, a healthy attitude!

A great write up - just a shame the beauty writer had no idea that bulls cannot physically produce Colostrum!!! That it comes only from cows who have just given birth!!!

Well I just got off the phone from chatting to a new Electric Body fan who has a Thermo Imaging Clinic in San Diego. She heard about Electric Body from a client and is always on the look out for 'beyond organic, beyond natural' bio-available products.

Hi Everyone!

Finally back home after a successful launch of Electric Body healthy skin care through the new Apothecary section of the House of Fraser store at their flagship store in Glasgow. Elizabeth Hurley was there promoting breast cancer awareness, and House of Fraser turned their store pink to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Electric Body
Now this is some really exciting news.

I applied the Elixir to my face and it drank it up as if it was exactly what my skin had been waiting for. It left it glowing.

I used the Body Spray on the rest of my body. I've told you before that I suffer with dry skin and can't cope with even a minute being out of the shower without moisturiser. The Body Spray felt like medicine on my skin, so soothing and healing. It left a beautiful sheen and the muscle in my arms and legs look more defined! Yay! Hi Denie

Long time no see! It sounds like you are doing well. Congratulations you deserve it.
Personally I am much better - it has been a year now since my surgery. It’s been a rocky road but I'm stronger for it and have a million things going again so hasn't done me too much harm. I will always be grateful for the work you did on me last year - thank you.

I wanted to tell you that you have been in my thoughts on a daily basis for the past two weeks as my niece was due to give birth to her first baby. She delivered a wee boy last Thursday - a natural delivery, but they pumped her full of antibiotics for a strep B infection right at the time she was in labor. Having this knowledge prior to her having the baby, I was able to review your book, “Electric Nutrition” as I remembered your chapter on caesarian babies.

My first son was born by C section and suffered terribly with colic and reflux so your book really rang true for me. I absolutely didn't want Monique to go through that. Her first two days in hospital were fine but on the third day (Sunday) the baby started fussing and crying. I made her some organic yoghurt with probiotics and added the powder from two NZ Colostrum capsules and started wiping his mouth and her nipple with it as you said to do in the book.

For 3 days we did this at every feed and the baby is now so calm and happy. He feeds beautifully, sleeps through the night and the midwife saw him today. He has gained 7oz in three days! I am so happy for her - I would have hated for her to have a crying baby like I did. I have to say that even for me it was a leap of faith to smear yoghurt in a small baby's mouth but I had so much faith in your experience...it was however, such a relief to see it worked!

"My transformation began on a warm summer afternoon in February 2005.
My daughter had returned home from visiting a friend. She burst in through the door, thrusting a piece of paper with a name and phone number on it, saying in great excitement, “you have to ring this woman and go on a course she is organizing”. I asked what it was all about. Her reply was “I don’t know really but my friend’s mum has done it and it has changed her life, she is transformed!

I asked again, what it was all about and was told, “Just DO it mother!!!” Stroppy 21 year olds can be very demanding! I left it, slightly puzzled but intrigued at the same time; put the paper aside and returned to my book.

I discovered that the woman I needed to talk to lived in Nelson. As I chatted to her, I learned that I could attend a week’s training or do the full two week program. I opted for the full two-week course, found out what I needed to do and promptly said yes to it all. At the same time, I ordered two books by Denie Heistand, one his autobiography, “Back to Life” (also available as “Journey to Truth” and the other his book called “Electrical Nutrition”. At this point, the thought crossed my mind that I needed to know the cost of all of this. I can assure all readers of this article that it is priceless: having done it, I would advise everyone to beg, steal and borrow, mortgage the house, just do what ever is needed to embark on this life-changing journey. It is the best value for money you will ever achieve!

For the next month, I immersed myself in both books; couldn’t put them down, and was so intrigued that March couldn’t come fast enough. I also started to concentrate on following Denie’s ideas and philosophy on nutrition. I couldn’t believe the change; I started to have more energy felt better and began to lose weight. At this point I was at my heaviest of 75kgs. Now, that may not be heavy to many but I am only 160cm tall!!!

I headed off to Nelson two weeks prior to Easter. I landed at the airport to be met by a woman holding a piece of cardboard reading VB1. She was vibrant, chatty and so welcoming I knew at then that I was in for fun…. did I say fun? My life was tipped upside down- in Denie’s words; I did a “complete 180”.

Over the next two weeks, my life was turned upside down but in an amazingly positive way. I regained me! Over the period I realized that I had been only partially living. Not that I was continually unhappy with my lot. I had two great, independent, intelligent and outspoken adult children, a beautiful grandson and an amazing partner…. but I really didn’t like myself. In fact there was no love for me at all. I was constantly edgy, difficult to live with, very short fused and a lot of the time wanting to run away and disappear completely. I was also overweight, but constantly dieting and felt frumpy and unattractive (not that I was but my brain had believed everything I told it!)

As my journey back to life began, an amazing transition took place. I suddenly felt gorgeous, sensual, sexual and felt the love for myself pouring into my soul. I got back me, the me I hardly recognized but there I was that gorgeous human being I had been in my early twenties. I became totally energized; I was so energized that I felt I was jumping out of my skin. The funny thing was that physically I didn’t look any different! My weight loss was to come later.

I returned home to my partner of 30 years and he thought he had a new woman in his life, he was blown away and it took him several months to catch up with me and my over abundance of energy and joy. I was so amazingly fortunate as he totally embraced the new me and very quickly started to walk side by side with me on my journey.

It is many months now since my life changed forever. I have totally embraced Denie and Shelly Hiestand’s philosophy on life, spiritually and physically. I have become an absolute disciple for their approach to nutrition and exercise. I look around me now and realize why women of my age and those an awful lot younger can’t fit into a size 8 skirt the way I can now, due to all the grain they continue to consume.

I now weigh 57 kgs, walk the talk for electrical nutrition, walk, dance, take body balance classes at the gym, work out with light weights to strengthen my bones, practice yoga, meditate and have boundless energy. I now feel very connected to the universe, have more peace, and love for me than I have had in the previous 30 years and therefore I am now gaining so much more from my relationship with my husband, family and friends.

I endeavor to live my life everyday from the premise of total acceptance, no judgement, and living in the now. By living this way my awareness is so much greater, my vibrational level is increasing exponentially and I am becoming more youthful, mentally and physically.

Just in... the Power of Colostrum

“Back to Life with the Power of Colostrum”:

Last week I was invited to a barbeque at my neighbors. When I arrived, she asked me to come in and see the little baby bird. She found it at the supermarket’s car park the day before and it could not fly. She had put it in a large box in her sunroom and been trying to feed it with cat food, as she was told before, not to feed it bread (They must have read Electrical Nutrition for sure!). However, the bird didn’t want to eat.
I said: “I’ll try something better”. I went home, mixed some colostrum with water and put it in a little dropper bottle. Her husband held the baby bird in his hands and I held the dropper with the colostrum mix to its beak. At first it turned its head away, but when I squeezed some colostrum on its beak, it took a little taste and opened its beak. Let me ask you one question...

Would you eat your skin care? Most people look at me rather strangely when I ask them that question. But your skin is your body's largest organ. Would you ingest your moisturizer, your day cream, or your night cream? Have you looked at what is IN your skin care? The ingredients? Do you know what every ingredient is, where it comes from, whether it is life-giving or potentially toxic or hazardous to your health?

Most people, but definitely not everyone, are relatively conscious about what they eat. Sure, there are those that do not really care about what they eat and probably ingest quite a few toxic chemicals and preservatives from their food. Denie has been practicing Vibrational Medicine for 30 years, he has approximately 25,000 clients spanning over this time. Research has shown that colostrum is the one supplement that can bring help to everyone that uses it, largely because of its ability to perform many of the functions of human growth hormone (HGH) in the body. Many scientists believe colostrum may be the most important preventative that can be consumed by a mammal. The value of colostrum has been documented in clinical observations and is supported by a large database. A team of scientists in London has now found that colostrum can prevent the death of human neurons and effectively treat Alzheimer's patients. While this was going on, another research team was documenting that colostrum knocks out intestinal inflammation.

Scientists at St. George's University had already demonstrated that colostrinin, a proline-rich polypeptide isolated from colostrum, can effectively treat Alzheimer's disease patients. In a new study, they investigated whether colostrinin has effects on the aggregation and toxicity of beta-amyloid, the main constituent of plaque in the brain believed to be the cause of Alzheimer's disease.

Using data from cytotoxicity essays, they demonstrated that pre-treatment of human neuronal cells with 5 mug/ml of colostrinin for 24 hours confers neuroprotection against beta-amyloid neurotoxicity. Their qualitative and quantitative assays revealed that colostrinin reduced the death of neuronal cells resulting from brain plaque. (Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging, July)

In investigating whether colostrum has anti-inflammatory effects on intestinal epithelial cells, scientists in Seoul, Korea stimulated human colon cancer cells with interleukin-1beta with and without bovine colostrum. They examined the effects colostrum had on nuclear factor kappaB signaling, and assessed the expression levels of inhibitor protein of nuclear factor kappaB-alpha, COX 2, and p65. They found that colostrum significantly inhibited nuclear factor kappa B-mediated proinflammatory cytokine expression and switched off markers of inflammation. (Nutrition Research, April)

This ancient healer works in unique ways to strengthen immunity.

Bovine colostrum is not new. It has been a centerpiece of Ayurvedic healing for thousands of years. Ayurvedic physicians and spiritual leaders have documented both its physical and spiritual benefits. Scandinavian people have made a traditional pudding with colostrum for hundred of years in celebration of life. Even in the U.S. before the pharmaceutical companies tightened their grip, colostrum was commonly used for its antibiotic properties.

Colostrum works in a unique manner to protect the body from pathology. Most pathogens enter the system through the mucous membranes of the intestinal tract. Bacteria, viruses, pollutants, contaminants and allergens must be combated there. An English physician, Dr. David Tyrell, has shown that a high percentage of the antibodies and immunoglobulins present in colostrum are not absorbed but remain in the intestinal tract. Immune factors work there to support proper immune function and healthy intestinal flora. Other immune factors from colostrum are believed to be absorbed and distributed to assist in the internal defense processes.

Colostrum is made by mammals specifically for mammals

Colostrum is the thin cream colored fluid produced during the first few milkings of a mammal after she has given birth. It is the carrier of immunities that are transferred from mother to infant, and one of the reasons breast feeding is so important to the health of human offspring. Colostrum is the essence of pure nutrition, containing immunoglobulins, growth factors, antibodies, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and other special substances designed to prime the body to face a lifetime of invasion by various microorganisms and environmental toxins bent on destruction.

While human mothers produce a small amount of colostrum, cows produce approximately nine gallons during the first thirty-six hours after giving birth. Colostrum is produced by almost all mammals, and is not species specific. Research has shown that the immune and growth factors produced by other mammalian animals are nearly identical to those found in human colostrum.

IGF-1 from colostrum performs many of the functions of human growth hormone

After this transfer of initial growth factor from mother to child, the growing body produces its own growth hormone during the period that growth and development are taking place. The level of growth hormone in humans remains high until growth is completed. Then it declines precipitously. By the age of 30, many people produce only twenty percent of their peak levels of growth hormone. Skin begins to sag and energy starts to slip away.

As the aging process really gets going, the immune system also begins to decline. Aging people have greater difficulty fighting off colds and flu, and energy and zest for life begin to ebb. Bones thin, hair falls out, and stamina and vigor decrease. Some turn to human growth hormone (HGH) replacement, but HGH is only available by prescription and is quite expensive at 300 dollars a month or more. And HGH usually requires injection into the body.

HGH is the closest thing people have to a fountain of youth. No other therapy has the impact on the aging body that HGH has. It is great for weight control and re-contouring the body with loss of belly fat, particularly in the mid-section area associated with increased risk of heart attack and diabetes. People who can deal with the cost and injections claim it is a miracle.

Studies show their assessment is correct. There have been no reports of anyone, anywhere, at any age getting cancer after using HGH for a year or more. Although there are theoretical reasons why HGH might promote cell division, HGH also stimulates the immune system to a level where cancer is not allowed to occur.

In the body, insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) is produced in response to growth hormone, and as a result is a marker for HGH. Since naturally produced HGH is released in surges and has a very short life span in the body, it is not practical to measure HGH levels directly. Because much of HGH is used by the body to produce IGF-1, which has a fairly long lifetime in the body, tests for HGH levels rely on the amount of IGF-1 present.

This means that supplementing with colostrum provides many of the benefits of HGH without the high cost or need for daily injections. It is IGF-1 that is responsible for many of the benefits provided by colostrum. Studies indicating that bovine colostrum supplementation can increase levels of IGF-1 in the body date back to 1998. In seminal research dating back to 1988, both IGF-1 and IGF-2 as well as a truncated, more potent form of IFG-1 were found in bovine colostrum. IGF was classed as a mitogen that controls replication and repair of DNA and RNA in order to stimulate tissue growth and repair. (Journal of Biochemistry, 1988)

As people start to realize they are aging, they often turn to vitamins, minerals and herbs for the benefits and support those can provide. But plants and minerals do not have immune systems like those of people. They do not produce the same immune factors or immunoglubulins, and they do not have growth factors for skeleton, muscle or skin.

Over 5,000 studies have described the many benefits of colostrum

In research, colostrum has demonstrated the ability to kill viral and bacteria invaders, stimulate tissue repair, stimulate fat utilization for fuel, and optimize cellular reproduction to slow aging. Colostrum increases performance and speeds recovery following injury and stress. It increases mental alertness and fat burning, and normalizes blood sugar levels. Growth factors from colostrum:
IGF-1 is a truncated form of IGF that is 10 times more potent than IGF-1 in stimulating hypertrophy and cell regeneration. It is present in bovine colostrum. (International Journal of Cellular Biology, 1996)

Fibroblast growth factor, IGF-1 and epithelial growth factor are all important mitogens for healing the skin. They are all found in bovine colostrum. (Journal of Surgery Research, 1995)

In a study of 749 patients, IFG-1 blood levels were not associated with prostate specific antigen (PSA) or prostate cancer. (Medical College of Wisconsin)

Low-dose, prolonged growth hormone therapy significantly extended the life span of mice compared to controls. (Mechanics of Aging and Development, (1991)

IGF-1 was purified from bovine colostrum and found to be identical to human serum IGF-1. (Growth Regulation, 1991)

Various growth factors are produced in the gut, including epidermal growth factor, transforming growth factor-alpha, transforming growth factor-beta, amphiregulin, betacellulin, and heparin-binding EGF-like peptide. These factors are also present in colostrum. EGF promotes repair of the mucosal lining of the gut. Transforming growth factor-alpha plays a role in mucosal healing. Transforming growth factor-beta inhibits cell proliferation and promotes cell differentiation. (Nutrition, 1998)

Mice with an experimentally-induced inflammatory bowel disease fed a diet rich in transforming growth factor beta gained more weight, did not develop diarrhea or prolapse, and had lower pathological scores and lower serum amyloid. This study supports the use of transforming growth factor in treatment of Crohn's disease. (Journal of the American College of Nutrition, 2004)

Growth hormone levels decline with age. This may contribute to the decrease in lean body mass and increase in fat mass that occurs with aging. Levels of IGF-1 were measured in elderly men both with growth hormone supplementation and without. Results confirmed that growth hormone levels correlated with lean body and less fat mass. (New England Journal of Medicine, 1990)

Diabetic autonomic neuropathy is a major cause of morbidity and death. IGF-1 protects sympathetic neurons from death in conditions of high glucose levels, suggesting a possible etiology of the condition as well as a possible therapy for it. (Hormone and Metabolic Research, 1999)

Receptors for growth hormone and IGF-1 were isolated from human skin, indicating that growth hormone and growth factors may influence skin growth directly. (Journal of Investigative Dermatology, 1992)

IGF-1, IGF-2, the IGF-1 receptor and IGF binding protein act together to simulate muscle cell proliferation and differentiation. (Journal of Biological Chemistry, 1989)

Insulin inhibits the breakdown of protein in muscle, thereby increasing protein through the creation of new protein by combining the constituent parts through the use of energy. IGF-1, on the other hand, promotes muscle anabolism by stimulating protein synthesis. Even in the case of an abundance of available amino acids, insulin continues to promote muscle protein balance solely by inhibiting the digestion of muscle, while IGF-1 combined with plentiful amino acids enhances protein synthesis (Journal of Clinical Investigations, 1995)

Colostrum and athletic performance:
Because of its ability to increase stamina and endurance, the effects of bovine colostrum on athletic performance has been the subject of many studies. Supplementing with 20 grams per day in combination with exercise training was shown to increase bone and lean muscle mass in active men and women after a period of eight weeks. (Nutrition, 2001)

The tissue composition of resistance-trained limbs experienced a significantly greater increase in circumference and cross-sectional area in people taking 60 grams of colostrum for eight weeks compared to taking whey protein for the same amount of time. (European Journal of Applied Physiology, 2004)

Bovine colostrum supplementation during training significantly increased peak anaerobic power, but had no effect on anaerobic work capacity (Journal of Sports Science, 2003)

In a randomized, double-blind placebo study, 51 active males received 8 weeks of training while consuming either 60 grams per day of bovine colostrum or 60 grams per day of whey protein powder. Vertical jump performance in the colostrum group increased 3.0 cm, but only 1.3 cm in the whey protein group. ( 2000 Pre-Olympic Congress, Sports Medicine and Physical Education, International Congress on Sport Science, Brisbane, Australia)

Bovine colostrum supplementation at 20 grams or 60 grams per day provided an improvement in time trial performance in cyclists after a 2 hour ride at 65% VO2 max. Improvements in performance times were: 37 seconds faster for placebo group, 134 seconds faster for the 20 grams per day colostrum group, and 158 seconds faster for the 60 grams per day colostrum group (Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, 2002)

Bovine colostrum helped make distance cyclists retain more energy following a bout of intensive training. Those cyclists using colostrum performed at a higher level with fewer signs of fatigue during tests taken after their 5 days of intensive training (Journal of Sports Medicine, September, 2006)

Skeletal muscle is able to repair itself through regeneration. However, an injured muscle often does not fully recover its strength because the process is hindered. IGF-1 can improve muscle healing and regenerations (Muscle and Nerve, 2003)

A recent email from a new Electric Body Fan:

"I am so afraid that I am going to run out of this 'MAGICAL cream!' There are no antibiotics to kill one of the bugs causing the infection on my leg and of course it would also happen to be one of the two known that oxygen cannot destroy... so it left me in a precarious predicament... However, very fortunately for me I found Electric Body and I used the Skin Elixir on my leg. So here i am Day 7 and FINALLY this dreadful infection is down to its lowest level.
I want to tell you, that since putting on the Electric Body Skin Elixir on my leg, all the wrinkled wizzend up look disappeared within 1/2 an hour. The skin 'puffed up' and became 'like healthy skin should look like,' the pain levels lessened almost instantly as the skin started to drink in all the moisture. After 3/4 of an hour had gone by I thought 'Well let's give this a real go'... so went almost crazy as the skin started to DRINK up the oils and moisture. It smoothed out and as the terrible tightness lessened so did some of the pain. I got braver and braver and kept putting on more and more as it vanished into the skin. The skin 'puffed up' and looked more and more like real skin should!!! But best of all, IT DID NOT STING! Once the realization hit me (about 2 hours later) I burst into tears and just cried and cried and cried...
FINALLY after all these weeks of pain and burning the leg and skin surrounding this ghastly thing had finally 'Gone to Sleep' and it felt SO WONDERFUL. There are NO words that can describe this feeling - may be 'Peace at last' would come fairly close, 'with a tinge of Joy' that slowly built up to 'RAPTURE' as the next 2 days reinforced that it was a PERMANENT step forward and not just a short-lived wonder. I want to try it on my face next, but for now .. My leg is more important... Thanks so much!" Jenneane, New Zealand.

Dying Wish - Electric Body!

A few days ago a beautiful woman called Shira finally succumbed to the cancer that has been plaguing her for many years. Recent trip to Minnesota, Denie Hiestand's healing work...

On a recent trip to Minnesota, Denie gave a series of talks about the importance of being conscious about what you put in your body, and on your body. A world renown healer and health consultant, there are many success stories from people who have implemented Denie's health truths.

I was lucky enough to be part of the on-stage audience at the Emmys on Sunday evening and got up close with many of the stars. The highlight for me was on the way out at the end of show, walking out with Kevin Spacey and being able to say Hi and tell him how fabulous I thought he was. Every day I receive emails from ALL over the world from people who LOVE Electric Body.

It's been a very busy month - apologies for not updating this BLOG sooner! I know you all love reading about our adventures around the world promoting healthy skin care!

Denie was in the UK doing some promotional work for Electric Body. He gave a fabulous presentation at the Ockenden House which was written up in a Sussex Newspaper (see our media section).

Dame Vera Lynn (the Forces Sweetheart during WW2 who is now 91) is using Electric Body, as is Judy Cornwell ('Daisy' in 'Keeping up Apprearances').

Our distributor in the UK is receiving phenomenal feedback - everyone says that Electric Body gives the skin a youthful flow and makes the skin so soft, plus report a significant reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.

Highlight was meeting Joe Ferigamo, the original Incredible Hulk. And yes, he is BIG! Loved the Body Spray.

And what an honor to meet Emmy Winner Jean Cooper, from the Young and the Restless! My Mum's favorite program! She's been on the show for 35 years!

Denie was in heaven, surrounded by gorgeous goddesses such as Anya Monzikova (Number 10 from Deal or no Deal) and Katie Cleary (Number 11 from Deal or no Deal). They want to invite him onto the set of Deal or no Deal to talk about the importance of healthy skin care.

Marcy Rylan ("Lizzie Spaulding" from Guiding Light) was adorable. She was an Emmy Host this year.

Melissa Archer ("Natalie Buchanan" from One Life to Live) was lovely too.

And Minae Noji ("Dr. Kelly Lee" from General Hospital) and Kent King ("Dr Lainey Winters") from General Hospital got it too.

Omarosa, from the Apprentice, was actually REALLY nice!

Kate Linder, from Young and the Restless was a sweetie and looked fabulous!

Darin Brooks ("Max Brady" from Days of our Lives) was also yummy!

I originally met Deidre Hall("Dr. Marlena Evans" from Days of our Lives" at the Oscar Gifting Suites so it was great to see her again and introduce her to Denie. They had a great chat!

Don Diament, "Brad Carlton' from the Young and the Restless was a hottie too. Also an Emmy Presenter this year.

Christian LeBlanc ("Michael Baldwin" from the Young and the Restless), Emily O'Brien ("Jana Hawks" from Young and the Restless).

Caloyn Hennesy ("Diane Miller") from General Hospital REALLY got Electric Body! Yahoo! She was awesome.

Adrienne Janic (TV Show Host for "Overhaulin") was gorgeous!

And we both LOVED Angie Everhart (Ex-Wives Club, The Real Gilligans' Island "Ginger") - what an amazingly intelligent, beautiful woman! She loved Electric Body too!

Traci Bingham, from Baywatch, turned a lot of heads!

Shawn Christian "Dr. Daniel Jones" from Days of our Lives, was definitely stud-ly!
